It’s a Chameleon!

First things first, I want to thank everyone who reached out to me and prayed for me after knowing that I had Malaria! I really appreciate it! Thankfully, I am feeling much better after finishing the three-day Malaria medication! The last few days have been extra hot with no rain; therefore, I’m feeling the heat more. I have been outside basically all day which has resulted in a headache but I am thankful it is now coming to evening where I can enjoy the fan in my room (as long as the electricity stays on!).
Today we went to Ntandi village and served a small group of people. First we handed out items that I brought from the US. They were very pleased!
I think the highlight of my day was when Joe brought to my attention that there was a Chameleon in the tree behind me! I attempted to take a good picture with my camera but it was too far away. So I processed to bend the tree down so I could get a better look. Malikewa held the tree down while I attempted to take a picture. But the little guy was picture-shy! Finally, I transferred him to a stick and then to my hand...Joe and Malikewa didn’t want to hold him so I enjoyed the moment thoroughly by myself while they took pictures! His nails were really sharp though! Lol Enjoy the pictures!

Here are some pictures handing out items to the villagers and teaching them how to use the tooth-pick-floss.
